5 Anti-Aging Foods for You

From anti-aging supplements to invasive surgeries, people nowadays are on a quest to reverse aging.  The aging process is irreversible but looking the part isn’t.  There are a number of ways to age gracefully such as avoiding stress, wearing sunscreen at all times and staying active.  Aside from these, one important factor that can help you look younger is eating right.

So here are 5 anti-aging foods that you can add to your diet:

Fruits contain a lot of antioxidants that combat free radicals which can cause skin to look old and dull, as well as develop wrinkles.

Pomegranates

This fruit is rich in riboflavin, phosphorus and other vitamins and minerals that can help increase collagen, which is responsible for the skin’s firmness and elasticity.

Blueberries
